doesn’t matter if you have dance experience or not. She gives you choices that can make things easier
or more difficult in the workout. In that way she makes sure that everyone individually will have a
matching complete workout.
She gives this class since 2016 and every three months she changes the songs gradually so everyone
can keep up and enjoy the class.
